Veterinary certificates
Veterinary (health) certificate or pre-export certificate for foodstuffs of animal origin, for the export of live animals and non-food products from the country necessary in cases where it is requested by the importing country competent authority. In order to receive a certificate, an application must be submitted to PVD.

Food supplements and foods for specific groups
In order to put food supplements or foods for specific groups on the market in Latvia, these products must be registered in the Food and Veterinary Service (FVS). In order to register products, a notification for the registration of the food supplement or the foods for specific groups must be submitted to FVS.
